My STORY

As a victim of narcissistic abuse in my marriage, I spent most of my life wearing my victimhood status as a badge of honor. After all, it was a handy excuse to stay stuck. Only when my life was turned upside down with a high-conflict divorce did I begin to recognize the diminishing returns of my victimhood status and I decided to start over. As a battle-worn divorcee with 3 children, no job prospects, and a mountain of debt, I slowly worked my way towards re-building a new life.

As an expert people-pleaser, the journey towards self-discovery hasn’t always been easy and is still a work in progress, but I get closer and closer to my true self every day! Going inward has also helped me gain control over my thoughts, limiting beliefs and “mind stories” (what I like to call “the stories we tell ourselves”), all stemming from cultural and childhood conditioning, as well as years of emotional abuse and trauma.

Through this journey I also experienced a spiritual awakening and returned to my connection with Divine Source. In doing so, I rediscovered the many intuitive gifts that I had long ago abandoned as a child. As I grew my connection to my spirit guides, I learned a great deal about my true identity and my reason for being here on Earth. This includes, among other things, acting as an ambassador for the Galactic Federation, a coalition of advanced spiritual beings charged with helping humanity with the evolution of consciousness and the global ascension. There’s quite a lot that we have yet to discover about the origins of our race and our true abilities. And it all starts with discovering yourself and what you are truly capable of.

MY GOAL

My goal is to help you remember who you really are and what you are here to do. I’m here to help heal old wounds, eradicate disruptive subconscious beliefs and raise your vibration so that you can live as your most expansive self. You CAN manifest the life you’ve always dreamed of having and the Universe really does have your back.

As an energy healer, I help people remove stagnant energy that is disrupting your body’s naturally high vibration, supporting you to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Although I am NOT a health care practitioner, I have helped people to physically heal from chronic conditions. I’ve also helped them cut karmic cords and move out the energy blocks that were keeping them feeling stuck in all aspects of their lives, including relationships, careers, businesses, personal goals and self-worth.

As an inner voice facilitator, life coach, and psychic medium who has coached close to 100 people looking for inner transformation, I’m ready to lead you on a journey back to yourself! We ALL have an inner knowing deep below the layers of conditioning, mind stories and distractions. Unveiling it has been my most treasured discovery thus far! I want YOU to have that too!
